$XPeng Inc.(XPEV)$$XPENG-W(09868)$Electric vehicles (EV) are the future.. There are many companies out there producing EVs, most famous being Tesla which is the market leader and has the most advanced technology… but china is goingall in on EV.. while tesla has insane P/S ratio which makes it too overvalued.. the 3 EV companies from china has acceptable P/S ratios below 25.. That makes them more attractive .. As usual, do your own due diligence..

    Whats your thoughts when all prominent auto mobil manufacturers shift towards EV, existing new EV focused companies will suffer in market share, thats for sure.

      Interesting point brought up, thats for sure that EV production do tend to differ from normal vehicle production, and great point raised on getting more market shares while others catches up.

      Definitely.. But it will take a while for them to catch up. They have to retool their production lines to produce EV. Good EV companies will take this opportunity to widen the moat.

      If you look at the market leader like Tesla, they are investing heavily in battery technology which is crucial for EV and autonomous driving software. The existing manufacturers have to play catch up

    If I'm not wrong, Xpeng has the AI software for self-driving and this is a recurring revenue.

      Interesting. I have not seen the news on this. I know Tesla is using the subscription based model for its FSD software, but moving forward, i think this will be the future.

      i personally prefer xpeng... but the big 3 EV companies in china (nio, xpeng, li auto) i believe will be dominant players moving forward, so it should not matter too much now..
