海倫司國際控股有限公司是中國最大的連鎖酒館網絡。2020年，按收入計，在中國酒館行業中排名第一，佔據1.1%的市場份額。根據弗若斯特沙利文的資料，以酒館數量計，於2018年、2019年及2020年以及截至2021年3月31日止三個月在中國酒館行業中保持市場領導地位。截至2018年、2019年、2020年12月31日及2021年3月31日，海倫司酒館網絡中的酒館總數分別爲162家、252家、351家及374家，並進一步增加至截至最後實際可行日期的528家。公司一直以「Helen’s（海倫司）」品牌經營酒館。
財務數據方面，在2018年、2019年、2020年和2021年前三個月，公司的營業收入分別爲人民幣1.15億元、5.65億元、8.18億元和3.69億元，同期淨利潤分別爲人民幣973.4萬元、7913.6萬元、7007.2萬元和-7633.2萬元人民幣。
