近日，合思信息旗下的易快報宣佈完成10億元人民幣D輪融資。據悉，易快報是敏捷的企業報銷費控與聚合消費平臺，可以爲企業提供移動報銷、聚合消費、全程費控、預算管理、發票管理等一站式解決方案。
公司官網顯示，合思信息成立於2014年，屬於中國SaaS行業報銷費控賽道。公司致力於企業SaaS領域雲產品及服務的創新，運用前沿的互聯網應用技術和先進的企業管理理念，提供差旅訂購、電子報銷、預算費控、發票管理等一站式服務，從而實現顯著的降本增效，爲企業提供有力的業務決策支持。
根據智慧芽數據顯示，截至最新，合思信息在126個國家/地區中，共有2件已公開的專利申請，且100%爲發明專利，發明人均爲馬春荃。合思信息近幾年的專利佈局主要集中於異構系統、應用單元、監控單元、配置單元、數據互聯、流程管理、企業數據等專業技術領域。
這兩項專利爲“支持企業間多個異構系統平臺內的數據互聯方法”（公開號：CN109086360A）和“一種財務工作審批流程管理方法”（公開號：CN108074072A），分別於2018年7月19日申請，同年12月25日公開，以及2016年11月15日申請，2018年5月25日公開。
