Jensen will have the last laugh if the ARM deal does not go thru because all Nvidia IP will be available thru ARM to all licensees via a strategic partnership for those that want to upgrade to top performing AI, DL, DC, and other solutions. It will be interesting to see many of those who are now against the deal that will be compelled to upgrade with ARM in order to keep up with others that did? I think Nvidia/ARM will announce intentions of a strategic partnership, that nobody can stop, shortly after the deal hits a dead-end.$NVIDIA Corp(NVDA)$
