Well here is my explanation on how I came up with $130. We are dealing with a company that can’t keep products on the shelf. The company could be making a lot more money if they could keep the shelves full. They create new products, stronger chips, and they are sold out within days.
We have these product testers on different platforms (YouTube and tech websites) saying AMD products are out performing everything put out by intel. Heck an article came out saying the
“AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT could be the next mining king, insane cryptocurrency performance of 32 MH/s at just 55W reported”.
AMD is in the video game market, the cloud market and now they are getting into the cryptocurrency market. They are literally turning into the Intel from 20 years ago and getting into everything. You walk thru Best Buy and almost all new model computers uses AMD.
In conclusion, for this point in time since they are struggling to keep the shelves full and they are being in billions of dollars in sales, I feel the $125 to $135 range is fair market value and I think the only reason it’s at $106 is because it went from $87 to $124 in about a week. A climb like that is very attractive to shorts and profit taking. And let’s not forget this company stated back in May they are going to buy 4 billion dollars worth of shares back, now I’m not sure if they completed that or not.
And if you still aren’t convinced DON’T bet against Lisa Su. She took this company from literally nothing. It was literally a less than $5 stock 6 years ago and now it’s over $100 a share.
