      no. ocbc is better than reit. it is a growth stock and provide at least 4% dividend yield this year. ocbc price close to its nav also. better value then this MCT.

      now the price is much more reasonable, as it trade closer to its nav and better dividend yield after price drop. the merger also help to increase the dividend yield and also the p/b.
