$PLTR$ Business model & strategy look good. But, I read somewhere & probably misunderstand….that new shares are issued for Employees Salary Based Compensation. Would this dilute the share price consistently?

Bought at 24 average down to 20 and still in red, Apparently I won’t see any return from this any time soon, hopefully my great great great grandchildren will see any green…

share dilution plus weak hands and a falling nasdaq of course is bad short term but this is a marathon not a sprint. we live in a i need it now society and that approach will slways lose.

As long as the company's performance continues to improve and revenue continues to increase, this model may be more conducive to stimulating the company's accelerated development.

I think this may be one of the means for the senior management of the company to appease the employees and let everyone become shareholders, which is conducive to strengthening the cohesion.

Warning: if you’re a long term (3-5 years) investor, keep DCA and hold for bigger rewards and ignore the short. If you want to get rich overnight, stay away from PLTR.

If Palantir management wants to attract key employees, stock price is a big function of it. Guidance 2022 will need to include GAAP profitability.
