$Razer(01337)$I read the joint annoucement released on 29/03/2022, some highlights:

Court and general meetings to be held on 26 April morning, the purposes of which are to consider whether or not to approve the privatization scheme.

Results of meetings will be announced by Razer by 26 April, not later than 7pm.

Last day we are allow to trade this stock: 27 April

One final grand court hearing: 6 May

Privatization to be effective on: 11 May

Shares to be withdraw on: 13 May

Cheques to be dispatch to shareholder no later than: 20 May

My personal opinion: we will get our $ directly from Tiger as ours is a Custodian Account, meaning Tiger holds Razer stock on our behalf.
