After running from $17 to $50 in 2 years, BAC$Bank of America(BAC)$ is overbought on all charts always to the month candle chart. It will chop sideways between $40 and $50 possibly for a couple years here. You bought a stock with 8 BILLION shares outstanding. This is not a little startup. On top of that, a big mover is company buybacks, and there is a quiet period from the last day of the quarter until a day after earnings reporting that companies do not make statements or BUY BACK STOCK. Because of this known period, shorts jump all over the stock during this period. After a great 2 years, it's time to pay the piper for a while. During this time, we add shares and collect the dividend until the next bull run, probably to between $60 and $70. But for now, it's a sideways waiting game.
