Singapore or US Stocks – Which is better?

My view is, there is no right or wrong, or which is better. Each has its own pros and cons.

At the end of the day, it depends on individual’s preference, investment plan, risk tolerance and other factors. But a quick thought would be, why not invest in both?

I mean, as consumers, we are already buying products and services from both local and overseas brands. We love Grab, we love DBS, and we love Shopee, but at the same time we also shop on Amazon, we buy Apple products, and Tesla is gaining traction here in Singapore. We also subscribe to Netflix and Spotify.

If you have time, feel free to check out my video below for more details:

I prefer Singapore stocks because I am more familiar with it. I also don't like to hold too much US dollars.
