Honestly, he very knew that sec will fine him too, even with the lawsuit(whether it even hold water.... considering the stock will only rise because he is Elon Musk.) It will still be a slap on the wrist. Elon should just hire a bunch of specialized lawyers and investigators and scrutinize Twitter's management and operations. I'm pretty sure the "real users", political "donations", influence on the elections, lack of safety/security checks on frauds/scam rings, data manipulation, and many many more will open more than a few cans of worms and multiple skeletons in the closet. The mystery is only going to be a lot deeper as the rabbit hole goes. Just on the >5% spam claims is enough for Twitter to prove. Remember, the numbers cannot be made up or arbitrary. Methodology must show specific details and reasoning. How Twitter even gather/achieve/derive to come to the exact lower than 5% mahic number for so many years?
