Musk is just musking around. When he sets his eyes on something he is usually stubborn af. He's gonna close the deal either way. Best risk arbitrage play in the current climate - allocate a portion of your monthly investment into twitter, you have more than half a year to build a decent holding before the buyout.

imho i think he is enjoying his newfound celebrity abit too much, but he is the golden boy at the moment so no point betting against him now. if/when the tide turns, then we course correct.

Elon going to sell Space X shares to finance TWTR take over? Hell no. He will use this excuse to sell at the top and still won’t buy twitter. Be careful he might sell more Tesla lol y’all better get out before him 😂
    • Aivern

that's not how the law works. you cannot just monkey around with claims that move the market like he did. there are also clauses that prevent making such remarks unilaterally and backing out

my statement is literally what you just replied. give it a rest.
    • AzileReplyAivern
your assumption is not any less naive. Musk has been a loose cannon with respect to his tweets and have been running afoul of the law on multiple occasions
    • Aivern
you're right. but your assumption that his team of lawyers didnt advise him before he pulled off his stunt is just naive. there's also a billion dollar back out clause which is public information.
