$Occidental(OXY)$ Warren Buffett owns 14.6% 0f Occidental . He bought his railroad ,BNSF, by increasing his shares as he is now doing with OXY. There is conjecture on Wall Street he may buyout Occidental. I see this scenario taking place. I think Warren wants this oil company in its entirety in the Berkshire portfolio. The OXY is bullish.
