IMHO the issue with Meta is Mark Z still being in charge. He needs to let go and allow professional CEOs to run the company going forward. I feel Meta is suffering from Founder's syndrome where the founder believe so firmly in his/her ideas and way of running the business that he/she become blind-sided and having tunnel vision.
