$MAPLETREE INDUSTRIAL TRUST(ME8U.SI)$I am a great fans of Singapore incorporated REITS for their consistent healthy payouts year on year. It's highly regulated as our government mandates 90% of the net gains to be distributed to the unit holders. Many of them I accumulated since IPO days. This is one of them. Dividend yield currently stands at > 5%, not bad at all.
Watching and awaiting the 'technical buy' signal confirmation to accumulate more π€!
