The only reason any listed company would preannounce is if there will be a significant beat or miss.
MUs current share price has been heavily pressured by the macro market direction, the COMPEX specifically combined with strong expectations of a global recession.
Chip stocks have been hit harder than many in this 6 month downdraft. It appears to me that MU is already priced based on these factors.
If not, the downside will be limited below current pricing. Unless you are out of powder or need cash this quarter we will be in a buying zone for several months.
