$PROPNEX LIMITED(OYY.SI)$Had been watching this for some time and finally accumulated some for long and medium term. It's been beaten down about 18% from it's high for the last half year. Techically it's now reversing its trend. Dividend is about 8% and has been consistent and increasing year on year.
One draw back though. Its trading volume is not as high as those of the finance sector. If you expect quick entry and fast exit to get rich fast, this is definitely not the right candidate.
