An $8B buyout package was worth $49/share in 2019. Or $71/share upon completion of the repurchase next quarter. That's the result of substantial repurchases, paid for out of operating cashflow, shaving the outstanding share count by 30%. I don't know about anyone else but as an investor that's what I like to see. $Kohl's(KSS)$
