$MAPLETREE COMMERCIAL TRUST(N2IU.SI)$The love to Mapletree is real. I already have mapletree logistic and industry, now my nyt target is N2IU. I don't want to mention how good the stock is since many articles talk about this. Curently the PB ratio is attractiv, below 5 years average. What I target price is$1.71. Properly it is too low, so I can not enter the marketπ . How about you? Do you already have? If not, what is your target price? π
