$SEMBCORP MARINE LTD(S51.SI)$can somebody enlighten me on this stock. Read on the papers that they will merge into a new company and the sembmarine shares we have will move to a company called newco 1:1. Will this then mean that if the newco 's opening share price is $1/share, we will gain

 89c/share?
