Firstly, let me highlight my bias first. I'm vested in Tesla and strongly see them having good potential of strong growth for next 3-5 years. After putting this aside, let's talk about the real numbers. It is true that Tesla had much higher PE, PS ratio. Company with strong growth are often perceived by the investors of worthy of higher than usual numbers. Is Telsa worthy of this high ratio and price? It's up to the individual to decide. But one thing I must say, current market with ongoing hikes and QT is extremely unfavorable for companies with high valuation. While I love to say Tesla is special, I don't think they will be spared from the current market environment. My 2 cents' worth
