    In any case, as an investor the question is if Grab can sustain their service levels, whatever they are, at a profitable level. The past decade clearly indicates Grab is unable to do so.

    That is not my experience. Replies which were obviously copy/pasted from a template. When I finally got to speak to a rep, more time spent finding fault rather than understanding my issue.
