A little bird has once told me that it's pointless to take an active interest in Chinese banks as they all have a public service to perform, to toll the line for the sake of M-land.
Whatsmore the govt system is different. Risk too high. In a twist of extreme event yr fortunes may evaporate into thin air.
Is the recent adamant policy of zero infection insistent a clear sign of possible extremity is not far fetch?
