Upon reading, the first thing that came to mind is - does it apply to EURO - SGD exchange?

If it does, imagine the savings to be had, holidaying in Europe minus VAT, especially if you are talkg about luxury shoppg for your 1 or 2 designer's pieces... Yummm...

Or perhaps that skiing trip that has been put on hold for the past 2 years?

With the protracted war betw u know whom - will this over stretch situation further worsen EU n UK economies overtime? Does that mean even more reason to holiday in Europe??

On second thoughts only 2 factors detering

(1) remote possibility of the conflict leaking into neighbouring countries

(2) contracting Monkey Pox as a result of Holly in EU. IKR. Pay for a holiday and bring home additional "bonus". Will travel insurance cover that?? Need to research the fine prints..
