and assuming u find someone to sell banana at $1. but he only has 50 to sell. (order partial complete) so simplest way to explain it is to offer a higher price until someone takes it

put it simply. example u want to buy 100 banana at $1. the last dealed price for banana is $1 but it doesn't mean the next fellow wants to sell his banana at $1
