$KEPPEL DC REIT(AJBU.SI)$Seems like many didn't read the report from yday. 

Would you call this a good report? 

First two bullet points have the word "higher", but to me it seems to be cushioning the fact that revenue and net property income decreased compared to last year q1 



0.004 cents increase in DPU.. I guess 0.2% sounds better. Let's see the next quarter..

    Since late 2021 and beginning 2022, my target price for entry has always been closer to $2.0 (if not below $2.0) due to multi-headwinds.

      Energy cost won’t stay elevated forever. DC contracts, though typically longer than retail/commercial, also will expire and re-nego on pricings. 😉

      Lol chill. Ppl want to see what they want to see. I have 114k holdings in this and im honestly pessimistic. Hand was itchy. I Have no choice but to wait it out.

      I believe I posted before several times. Most didnt even like what I shared. Most recent post/comment I made few days ago about high energy cost reflect in earnings turn out true. 🤣

    Agree with the author that despite many uncertainties, KEPPEL DC REIT's business is still intact and has a bright future.💪💪💪

      It is. Problem is: COVID-19 caused a false-hype that pushed its price too high. Upside factors largely gone, downside factors more. Easily can state 2 major ones.
