    they charge back the electricity cost to their customers right? so what is the impact then?

      Yea. Exactly. Its anybodys guess especially with PR words used that are not concrete. Investors’ discretion.

      Have to break down to grandular portions if really need to comprehend how increasing energy cost = eating into profit margins. It's very complex. Just to name one: cost to cool is not charge-back
