$Twitter(TWTR)$ judging on current and recent trajectory, Musk's offer is unlikely to be accepted without a fight/counter offer, especially since there's already another pte equity firm interested to lodge a counter bid.
Anyway isn't the first rule of negotiation about never accepting the first offer?
