BECAUSE:
it has incurred 8 consecutive quarters of Big Losses -$$$$$$$$$ and has projected to continue making 2 more quarters of consecutive Big Losses, its net tangible asset is $2.5 and it still continues to incur Big Losses -$$$$$$$$$ for the immediate coming quarters?!!!!!!!!!!
It will probably be:
Borrowing more money, taking more loans and then be
BANKRUPT like Evergrande, Modern Land, Kaisa, Sunshine 100, Shimao & Sinic?!!!!!!!!!!
