The storm is still brewing as things have been horrid since the Activision & Blizzard merger. A pity as Blizzard develops great games but yet so much entanglement with social / people related issues that makes this company questionable in terms of share prices soaring back up.

    Activision & Blizzard has a mysterious value that ordinary people can't see.

      My humble view/hunch is that the money earning side (aka corporate intentions) is hindering the creative/design side hence their current predicament.

    What will the metaverse do to ordinary people? Will everyone live in the game in the future?

      For the ordinary, it may be a form of escape . To them it could be a morale booster, or simply a way for them to de-stress/ take leisure during non-working hours

    Metaverse is proved to be inextricably linked with games.

      To get the masses interested in it, hence gaming is the common lingo. But when it is fully adapted & stable, it can be a borderless way to conduct seminars, conferences and events.
