The Timing

Okay, lets cut to the chase.

We all know that, the market is really bad and many have been wondering how to time the market.

The market don't make sense anymore, and many fundamentals doesn't seem to make sense to the stock prices anymore.

This article is for trading ⚠️

For investors, just keep watch on the company earning report , debt ratio, PR, news , economy , go long and make rational decisions. Just stay calm , think far and you will do fine.

For traders what should you do? ⚠️

Q. What should i do?

A. Lay back , halt and follow this tip that i'm about to share.

We should all know, that the economy, news, fud, laws, company potential, company stability, earning reports and etc all plays a part to the stock prices.

But i am not here to talk bout this today.

I know many traders tend to watch the volume of inflow and outflow to forecast the next step to take to go long or to short, with a little experience in the market on options expiration , and doing some due digilence to forecast the price.

It's easier to forecast a high or a low next day or on the day itself, but it's hard to forecast the next 2mins to 15mins if it will go up or down.

Here's a little tip that might save you or make you a little extra buck ⚠️

Tip 1: Look at the stock chart and watch DJIA, NASDAQ and S&P 500.

When they go up, most likely the market will rise.

When it falls most likely the market will fall.

Q. But how do we know?

A. Look at the points.

China stocks are highly volatile, therefore a bigger movement in the chart in comparision to the big 3 index.

Watch this red circle.

It will fluctuate greatly.

When the points are dropping, very likely in the next few mins the stock prices will fall, especially volatile stocks like china stocks will be greatly affected.

If the points rises, most likely your stock will be affected and rise.

At the end of the day, is the dip an opportunity? or a sign of speculation is your call !

Why don’t you use $Cboe Volatility Index(VIX)$ instead? I find this more indicative of trend reversals.

If we were to forecast a market rise and fall on a day basis, we can read news, do research, watch the economy ,and see if there is any fud on going in the market and etc.

yes, but this three are the most widely followed indexes in the U.S , therefore it plays a very big part in the market. If the points drop very badly, it is an indicator that a dip/crash is coming.
