some updates on the privatisation exercise - the scheme docs are likely to be made availblesometime in April. 

Existing shareholders who are waiting for the privatisation exceeise to finalise should exercise patience unless they have better investment opportunities by selling the shares now and reinvest in other stocks.

    Based on the PDF above, he had also provided an update on the delay of sending out the offering docs to shareholders due to regulatory approvals that have to be sought but this has now been cleared.
