$Twitter(TWTR)$ EM has to end this, for his sake. My guess is he's looking for proof he can claim as fraud, but unless it's blantent he stands no chance. Even some evidence that's not strong won't void his binding agreement, that includes waived due diligence....I expect him to capitulate, $54.20...soon ....

I believed in the end, award twitter the $1 bil fees that was agreed if EM don't want to go ahead. I feel fishy why Twitter want EM the buy over, something is not running well in the company?
