[Prediction Contest] Make Bullish/Bearish Posts & Win Stock Vouchers!

Hey Tigers! 

Today I'm going to introduce you to a newly launched feature in the community: Tigers Predictions!

You may find this feature at [Discussions] tab on any of the available stocks

This is a feature for you to make bullish or bearish predictions on stocks and compete with each other in terms of Pnl%, 

and winners will earn $130 stock vouchers per week & tons of Tiger coins as rewards!!!

[How to participate] 

Step 1: Start to POST first 

You may make a post either on the [For You] page, or the [Discussions] page of any stock.

Step 2: Tag a Ticker & Choose bullish/bearish

Make sure that the stock you want to make predictions on is perfectly tagged and the Bullish/Bearish prediction is shown. 

Step 3: Write your own opinion with more than 200 characters

To be eligible for the weekly Predictions Contest, your post will need to be more than 200 characters in length, and it has to be original and get [IDEA] or [PICK] first.

[What's the Prize]

1. For Tigers who rank Top 10 among all the participants:

You will be given 100, 60, 40 coins respectively (There are around 100 stocks in total that are available for the Weekly Predictions)

[Notes]

1. The post must be ORIGINAL and get [IDEA] or [PICK] in the Tiger Community before being selected.

2. The cost price of your (simulated) position will be the stock price when you make a prediction post. The Rate or Return(RoR) will be calculated by your cost price & the week's close price of that stock you make predictions on.

(e.g. I made a bullish prediction post on Tesla at 18:30 SGT on 8 Aug(Monday). Tesla's share price was $885 before market when I made the post, so my cost price would be $885. The time arrived at 9:00 AM on 13 Aug(Saturday), if Tesla's share price rose to $1000, then my final RoR would be (1000-885)/885 = around 13%.

3. For a single stock, you may make predictions multiple times, but only the last one will be counted.

4. You may make predictions on all the stocks available (around 100 tickers), and the highest ONE RoR will be counted in the Overall Weekly Prediction ranking. For individual stock rankings, regardless of how many stocks you predict, only the top 5 highest RoRs can make it to the list each week.
