Earnings next week and for the last few weeks, most REITs are starting their recovery.

For this stock, it’s also on an uptrend for the last 1 week but some slight pullback on Friday. Price has been finding some support above $0.80.

However for those who got it way back to its 2019 end IPO, prices have yet break above the IPO price. The timing isn’t right because pandemic sets in months later in early 2020 where we have all the lockdowns and malls closure. Price has been down and sideways.

But at this price with 5% dividends yield, current price is still good to enter because there is still much room for this stock to rise further, backed by the recent acquisition of JEM, reopening of economy including tourism and 99.9% occupancy rate.
