I sold my position last week and after reading the article in this week's Barrons Musks bid to buy the company was an individual act that affords him some protection under the 13th amendment of the constitution that will make it difficult for the Deleware court to force the merger. Probably the best scenario for Twitter is to get paid the billion dollar break up fee or negotiate a new offer price between 35 and 45. The company otherwise probably should be trading in the 20s. It's too iffy at this point to hold out for the Deleware court to force the merger.$Twitter(TWTR)$
