Upstart's pivoting plan to no longer take loans on the balance sheet and sell the loans held there for cash resulted in a significant miss for Q2 revenue and profit.

Loan performance remains a strength.

Balance sheet is strong, and contribution margin is increasing.

Management has to earn Wall Street and my own trust back before I will consider it a buy again.
