$PROPNEX LIMITED(OYY.SI)$For Singapore market, I normally focus on banks and REITs primarily. This is the first time I bought a 'property brokerage' stock.
Reasons being:
a. Gpod fundamental (PE < 10, dividend about 8% annualised)
b. Singapore economy in recovery
c. Properties sales are increasing in price atthe macro level of 2 to 3%. In other words, this company's commission should correspondingly increase over time.
