Dear Client, Thank you for your feedback. This stock is restricted due to IRC section 871(m) tax related issue. Currently, the stock can only be closed, opening a new position is not supported.

Just called tiger support and same reason this FNGU have restriction to open new position. Only can sell / closed but cannot buy until restriction is removed. So support offficer told me to place trade order everyday to check the restriction whether remove already or not? Anyway to setup the notification to trigger share holder that open new position restriction removed in stead of user place trade order get cancelled order everyday?
