Parts of Australia’s east coast could be hit by ongoing flooding within days, just a week after the official declaration of a rare third La Niña.

A low-pressure system is forecast to cause widespread rain and storms across much of the inland south-east from Wednesday and possible major flooding from already full waterways across southern Queensland, inland New South Wales and northern Victoria.Climate change has severely impacted Australia in recent years, resulting in floods, searing temperatures, changes in fire and rainfall patterns, sea level rise, and ocean acidification.

Climate issues are becoming increasingly important to Australians, with topics such as decarbonization, renewable energy, and electric vehicles becoming common topics of conversation.

    Doesn't directly affect me yet, but I'm so worried about the melting icebergs in the North and South pole, as well as the terrible environment pollution and animals dying resulted from human activities. I hope renewable energy will be a solution to reduce our negative impacts to this planet, not only for the sake of earning big.

    Need all vehicles n industries to be on clean, renewable fuels to make this happen.

    Climate change affects me alone and everyone, in all aspects, from food, water, transportation, diseases, etc.
    The EV may not be as green as most people think. Lithium mining is very polluting to the environment, and few people know about it. The chips installed on the EV also consumed lots of water during the manufacturing process.
    I may not vest into the EV stock for now.
