Given that interest rates has increased and are still rising (a bit slower now), the cost of financing has gone up and could stay up (if inflation continues to be a problem). It will be unreasonable for the authority to push for a reduction. Doing so means the investors have to subsidies the users of the NBN, this would be unfair for investors who has invested their hard earned money in the NBN.

Having said this, i expect the pricing adjusment would likely be made using a formula which will take into account all related considerations (eg. higher interest rate, higher wage cost, utilization, etc.).

I do not know the exact formula but i guess it woulf alliw upward adjustment.
