$Coca-Cola(KO)$

Why is Coca-Cola recession proof?

It is because of their 4Ps , strategy plan.

PRODUCTS, PRICING, PLACES,PROMOTIONS.

1))) Various of products

With more than 2,800 products available in more than 200 countries, Coca-Cola is the largest beverage manufacturer and distributor in the world and one of the largest corporations in the United States.

2))Flexible Pricing Strategy

The Coca Cola marketing strategy was precisely designed to not only cut down the MRP but somehow maintain the profits of the products. This helped them maintain their customer volume.

The pricing strategy of Coca-Cola not only helped them smartly compete with their competitors but also helped them gain more customers.

Coca-Cola's marketing strategy suggests that the company change its pricing frequently.

3))))PLACE

Since Coca-Cola's distribution network is very vast, Coca-Cola's marketing strategy helps in covering almost every medium of promotion, such as,

Newspaper,Television,Radio,Billboards,Posters and banners,Social media,

Magazines,etc.

By utilizing all these modes of promotion, a product can reach almost any corner of the world. Hence, giving them the highest reach compared to their competitors

4)))) Promotion

Their famous slogan is "Open a Coke, Open Happiness."

The Coca-Cola marketing strategy is not just a plan for marketing and promoting their product. It is all a part of a person’s needs. They maintain that connection with their customers and always plan according to the response from the public and media. This helps them design a strategy that helps them never lose their customer volume. The Coca Cola marketing strategy was precisely designed to not only cut down the MRP but somehow maintain the profits of the products.

I think everyone will know this famous brand with market value of $266.2 billion.

Few names in the defensive consumer staples sector can match Coca-Cola (KO(opens in new tab), $61.41) when it comes to blue-chip pedigree, history of dividend growth and bullishness on the part of Wall Street analysts.

Coca-Cola's blue-chip bona fides are confirmed by its membership in the Dow Jones Industrial Average. But the company also happens to be an S&P 500 Dividend Aristocrat, boasting a dividend growth streak of 60 years and dividend yield of 2.9%.

Coca-Cola also enjoys the imprimatur of no less an investing luminary than Warren Buffett, who has been a shareholder since 1988. At 6.8% of the Berkshire Hathaway equity portfolio, KO is Buffett's fourth-largest holding.

Shares in KO have gained 3.7% for the year-to-date through June 10, beating the broader market by more than 21 percentage points.

True, KO was hit hard by pandemic lockdowns, which shuttered restaurants, bars, cinemas and other live venues. But those sales are now bounding back. Analysts likewise praise Coca-Cola's ability to offset input cost inflation with pricing power.

Now I use this chances to wish all people " Merry Christmas "

Wish the pandemic and war can end faster.

I like investing in companies where I could not imagine life without their product. This is one of the reasons I invest in KO for the long haul.
