I look at my SG REITS portfolio wondering why are these companies continue to dip ? while valuations are so low, PB less than 1, but no one care on PB anymore ? To me PB important, it represents the book value of the stock we buy, i understand no one want to get rich slowly [Chuckle] so whatever stock got higher chance to go up, grab it, but we can be a victim of pump and dump like that ? [Surprised]
Incase tiger friends are looking at high dividends, REITS is one of choices, with the current price are low, good chance to add ? Pls DYODD [Smile]
pls consider the market Cap, property locations, do research on the REITS and compare it among its peers.
The following REITS are at the bottom of my portfolio today, is it because of interest rate hike? low demand for REITS ? Low demand for office ? Eventually people will go back tooffice my opinion.
