According to CME's Fed Watch, the probability of the Fed raising interest rates by 75 basis points by September is 80%, and the probability of raising interest rates by 100 basis points is 20%. There is a 36% chance of a cumulative 125 basis point increase by November, a 53% chance of a 150 basis point increase and an 11% chance of a 175 basis point increase.
Stock to watch for Singapore stock market:
1. Frasers Property announced in the early hours of Friday morning that the group's offering of Singapore's first corporate green retail notes was about 1.64 times oversubscribed, with subscriptions of about $689.3 million. Due to strong investor demand for the notes, the group increased the size of the offering from $420 million to $500 million.

2. Hatten Land announced this morning that Hatten Edge, a wholly-owned subsidiary, has teamed up with NEFIN Group, a green independent power producer, to form a joint venture to invest up to US$10 million (S$14 million) to develop renewable energy projects.

3. Mercurius Capital Investment requested a trading halt before the market opened in the morning, saying it would make an announcement later.
The stock was last trade at $0.050.
4. SIA Group on Thursday released August operating figures, carrying 2.1 million passengers, about the same as in July. In July, the group carried more than 2 million passengers for the first time since the pandemic.
