Can anyone pls explain why am I being charged us$58 for withdrawal??

Dear client, there is no fee for withdrawal by tiger. After checking with DBS, you transferred USD to Malaysia, DBS will charge about 20 dollars, and there will be a transfer fee for cross-border transactions. For details, please confirm with the bank.
