Its investment portfolio lists 100 startups worth over $500m, including Magic Pony Technology, which was acquired by Twitter for $150m. She was ranked in Management Today's 35 under 35 and was awarded an MBE for services to business. She also co-founded the non-profit Code First: Girls, which helps women learn to code.
