$OCEANUS GROUP LIMITED(579.SI)$ I like to reiterate just be patient. The poor performance is kind of expected. The reasons given for the poor performance is reasonable and acceptable. For now just hold on to your shares. It does not make sense to liquidate. There is no immeninent danger of oceanus going under based on the financials provided the auditors did a fairly good job to ensure the figures are accurate. If so, I will suggest to hold on your shares. You get peanuts if you liqiudate now. It makes no sense. If the management can turn it around which I have confident they will, your meagre investments will enjoy meteoric growth considering they are also in food distribution supply chsin. Considering ourselves lucky that we are not investing in Adani shares or Sph, noble etc. I normally scrutinise the senior management ability , the external auditors certifying the accounts, their strategy plans, salaries of CEO. Related senior management connection. So far only the sister is connected to the CEO. Though personally I will prefer not unless it is poroven she has exceptional abilities they cannot recruit in the open market. But I am not overtly concerned as she is not in charge of finance. More over the holdings of f the shareholders remain in tact especially the CEO. He has every reason to turn around the company as he is not enjoying exorbitant salaries. His only incentive is to turn the company around. He has big stake in the company.
