have you ever considered $Intel(INTC)$ might run out of cash before it can successfully execute its turnaround plans? And you said you are an EE, so you prob know nothing about how much it costs to make fab plants and how much it costs to keep the capex running just to stay ahead! And it's money that intc is hemorrhaging quickly with no viable source to replenish it because every avenue of its business is being attacked relentlessly on every front. And don't forget turnaround plans will have hiccups too, and these will cost money and time to fix, both of which intc is severely lacking. Good luck to you, I hope it turns out well for you and everyone else who poured their life savings into this thing, but I really don't see the or any light at the end of this dark tunnel
