I used to love staying Airbnb. The prices were reasonable but not so much anymore. For example, I priced out one bedroom apartment for one night and here is the price breakdown:

$149 - price $Airbnb, Inc.(ABNB)$
$58 - cleaning fee
$28 - service fee
$33- taxes

The total is almost $270

Hotel cost me about $200 (after taxes)

In some instances, Airbnb still makes sense (for example you have a large family and want to stay together and etc) but the reality is Airbnb no longer has an advantage as it did a few years ago.

Also, add the fact cities and towns are passing tight regulations and competition is growing, I’m afraid that Airbnb stock is risky.
