Meta Platforms Is Winning The War Against TikTok

I like WhatsApp for business - anecdotally, I hear small business owners like it. Meta is in a uniquely strong position having basically the largest telecommunications company and one of the best AI teams on the planet. Automated customer service is still pretty hit-or-miss - have to think Meta could do a much better job, and have other companies pay them for it.

India and Brazil are huge with users of Whatapp and the USA is not. But if more business continue to find it a very powerful tool, I do believe more Americans will start to download it.From what I heard Whatsapp, as a customer service app, is more efficient then having a huge phone call bank.
